Membership Info

Siesta Isles is a special and unique community on Siesta Key. Your membership in our Siesta Isles Association helps us maintain the quality of our neighborhood and, ultimately, the value of your property here on the island.

Our modest annual association membership dues of $150 help offset the costs of:

• our quarterly newsletters that keep you up-to-date on Siesta Isles policies, board actions, events and issues,
• our directory that contains our covenants, bylaws and homeowner contact info,
• our website that allows you to be more in touch with what is happening in our community,
• the landscaping and maintenance for our entryways,
• security measures to keep you and your property safe,
• our Annual Picnic and Annual Dinner meeting,
• storage of all official Siesta Isles business records and Siesta Isles property lot records,
• the legal costs of maintaining our deed restrictions.

Most important, our Association ensures your property values remain high and the quality of your neighborhood is maintained through the volunteer work of our Board of Directors, who not only ensure the fair enforcement of our deed restrictions, but also work to enhance our Siesta Isles community life.
