Siesta Isles Association is a deed restricted community. All restrictions apply to all property owners. Membership is voluntary and our yearly dues are $100.

Benefits of Yearly Membership:

1. Only Members can vote on Association matters
2. Vigilant protection of our Deed Covenants
3. Your support enables the Association to meet basic costs of maintaining our entrance landscape, signage, irrigation, lighting and all other operational expenses
4. Association support of the Security Patrol and the annual Patrol Appreciation event
5. Free attendance at Annual Membership Dinner and cocktail hour (2 people), with a fee for non-member guests
6. Association maintains contact with CONA and SKA to ensure our community concerns are represented with Sarasota County and State government entities
7. If and when necessary, brings legal action against serious covenant violations
8. Maintains Siesta Isles website, www.siestaislesassociation.com, which contains all necessary information on our Association, documents, etc. and provides an up-to-the-minute way to stay informed while here or away.
9. Access to secure, Members Only portion of our website www.siestaislesassociation.com, which includes:
   a. Neighborhood news and periodic Siesta Isles Association newsletter
   b. Discounts from area businesses
   c. Access to our Association bulletin board
   d. Convenient links to important web sites for government, groups, weather and things to do
